Nature of the Service
This platform is a community-driven tool designed to connect South African drivers with fuel stations that have stock. While we strive to provide real-time updates, we rely on Station Managers and Community Reports for data accuracy.
Disclaimer of Guarantee:
We do not guarantee that fuel will be available at a station upon your arrival, even if the radar indicates "In Stock." Fuel supplies change rapidly. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences (including running out of fuel or towing costs) resulting from reliance on our platform.
User Conduct and Community Reporting
Our platform allows the public to submit "Live Reports" regarding fuel inaccuracies. By using this feature, you agree that:
All reports you submit will be truthful and based on your actual observations at the physical station.
You will not submit malicious, spam, or defamatory reports against a specific business.
Device Banning: Our administrators actively moderate reports. If you are found intentionally submitting false information to manipulate the radar, your device identifier and IP address will be permanently banned from the platform without warning.
Station Manager Accounts
If you register a Fuel Station account, you agree to the following:
You are an authorized owner, manager, or representative of the fuel station you are registering.
You will make a reasonable effort to keep your fuel inventory status (In Stock, Low, Out of Stock) accurate and up-to-date to help the public.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we discover fraudulent activity, unauthorized claims to a business, or if your station consistently displays misleading stock levels to the public.
Third-Party Services
Our live map utilizes data from OpenStreetMap (OSM) and routing links from Google Maps. Your use of the mapping features is also subject to the respective Terms of Service of those third-party mapping providers.
Intellectual Property
The platform's original code, design, features, and functionality are owned by Christo Lochenberg Developments. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our code or branding without explicit permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
